What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais Method is a way to consciously perceive yourself and your movement habits. By training individual body awareness, practiced patterns that cause restrictions or pain can be dissolved.
In this process, new qualities of movement, posture, self-esteem and emotional experience can be created.

My online group lessons take place every second Tuesday. They involve practical testing and exploring movements and movement contexts.
The group lessons are particularly suitable as a supplement to individual work.

In a Feldenkrais individual lesson (“Functional Integration”) we devote ourselves entirely to your individual interests and needs.
In contrast to verbally guided group lessons, here you learn to perceive subtleties and discover new possibilities through gentle, informative touch and guided movements.
You can fully immerse yourself in your feelings and sensations – it is almost like “dancing with your brain”.
The Feldenkrais Method is based on the principle of neuroplasticity, which states that our brain has the ability to change and learn throughout our lives. Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais used this remarkable property of our nervous system in his work with people. Through his targeted use of awareness, movement and touch, he achieved amazing effects and changes on various levels of human existence.
Since I will not complete my training in Functional Integration until May 2025, I am currently offering individual lessons for a free donation.

Feldenkrais is a somatic and organic learning method that eliminates the mind-body split. All aspects of conscious experience - thinking, acting, feeling and sensing are taken into account.
In group lessons you carry out small movements slowly and with concentration. You start looking for the easiest way to do it.
New perspectives and possibilities can be found through playful experimentation. This creates more flexibility, range of motion and coordination step by step.

In a Feldenkrais individual session, we work specifically on your personal concerns. Whether you are suffering from physical complaints, want to reduce stress or are simply looking for more mobility and ease in everyday life - our session together will be tailored precisely to your needs.
The online space offers a flexible and familiar atmosphere in which I guide you step by step. All you need is a quiet environment and a stable internet connection. We start with a short conversation to understand your current issues and then I guide you through gentle movements.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to guide yourself through the movements - with the aim of discovering new movement patterns that will help you release tension and increase your freedom of movement.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, want to work on your performance or are looking for more balance in your entire nervous system: In the individual sessions we devote ourselves entirely to your individual issues in order to sustainably increase your well-being.
