About the event

In this online Feldenkrais lesson, you’ll be guided through gentle movement explorations that help you sense yourself more clearly and discover easier, more efficient ways of moving. The pace is slow, with plenty of time to notice how you feel, adapt the lesson to your needs, and rest whenever you like. There’s no “right way” to do the movements — curiosity is more important than performance.


How to set yourself up for the lesson:


  • Choose a quiet space where you can lie on the floor comfortably

  • A mat or blanket is helpful; have extra blankets or pillows nearby for support if you need them

  • Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows free movement

  • Use a camera angle that lets you be seen when lying down (if your camera does not work for some reason, please let me know so we can work around it)

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and check your audio

  • Bring a sense of openness — the lesson will meet you where you are today :)
