No experience needed—just curiosity and a quiet space at home. Each lesson explores a different theme and can be enjoyed on its own or as part of the ongoing series.

What you´ll need:

• Internet connection

• a cozy space to lie down on the floor on a mat or blanket

• Ideally, a webcam, so I can guide you through the movement sequences
